Prairie Fire Rowing Club

PFRC opened its doors in 1999 with a focus on fitness and fun for all ages and abilities. Most of our members enjoy rowing for the health and social benefits it provides, but some of those have gone on to be medal winners at Canadian National Masters regattas! Others enjoy getting out on the water just a couple of times a week – You decide what you want from rowing and we will do our best to help you get there!

We have participated in Dynamic Opportunities for Youth, a nationwide program for youth at risk; have been part of the annual Corporate Rowing Challenge; the Law and Oarder Challenge, and have even coached blind athletes in the past!

All you need at PFRC is enthusiasm to try something new - we supply the equipment and desire to get you out on the water!

If you have any questions or are interested in our programs, please check out our website, email us at prairiefire@mts.net , or call us at (204) 253-6804.

We look forward to meeting you!
